I traveled from California to undergo a DHI hair transplant with Dr. Viral Desai based solely on his reputation, a cousins’ reference and a brief video consultation, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Dr. Desai, Dr. Mitsu, and Dimple were professional, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the process. The entire staff was courteous, the facility was clean and well-run, and the procedure itself was comfortable and clearly executed with care and precision.
